The goal was a system that conducts automated phone consultations, collects information conversationally, offers real-time slots, books on Cal.com, notifies doctors, and gives clinicians one dashboard to schedule calls, review transcripts, and track confirmations.
Cliniconnect pairs Retell AI’s voice capabilities with a custom MERN app. Intake collects name, age, symptoms, history, and contact preferences. Scheduling queries Cal.com for live slots (“today or tomorrow?”). On confirmation, the agent books Cal.com, updates the calendar, and emails intake data. Clinicians schedule outbound calls, read summaries and transcripts, monitor booking status, and view patient history—turning multi-step coordination into one-click automation.
